Is this very recent? She looks beautiful!

I would die if I saw Emma sitting near me, using what looks like an iPad. It would be awesome of she was just hanging out, playing a game like Angry Birds. Just chillaxing.

The second one is from today. (sorry I always forget to give the dates).

Maybe she's busy with studying the 'Your voice in my head' script. Aren't they going to start filming soon?

Probably she's carrying smth like iPad or Samsung Tab i guess... All into technologies)

I agree with Tina, she looks like using an iPad or an iPhone. I don't know if you notice that the last tweets of Emma is via iPhone and Sophie's is via Blackberry. Maybe they exchange their mobile phones :p

She is amazing!

Still, my lovey-dovey cheeky Emma)

She looks cute. It would be funny if that was taken while she made her last tweet regarding twitter grammer lol. I would guess she is definately working on something, whether it's work or school related is the question.

You guys are nuts, there's no way to guess what she's doing ! Haha

Those pics are so different yet so beautiful, both of them. Made my day ^^

she looks gorgeous as usual :) in both pictures, that is. I love how her hair looks pulled back :)

Eden would you agree this is the blind gratification said in the last post?

She's not doing anything amazing here.

Some of these comments about the simple things she is caught doing makes her seem more than human.

It's really nice to see celebrities wear simple clothes and just doing ordinary things. Both pictures are beautiful! :-)

It looks like an some kind of pad, but that pushed away from her is a laptop. By the way, where is the blue legukme- islington?
Is she doing uni work since it is still trinity semester until june 11th i think.

I remember reading about Darron Aronofsky in his imdb- after Black Swan- that he likes to make movies which involves obsessessive characters. So I guess A Voice in my Head would be right up this alley. I like David Yates, but if Aronofsky would do this movie, which is very character driven with very complex contradicting character traits. She is intelligent, but too dumb to understand that her behavior is destructive. She is extremely sensitive and very self-centered. But the sad thing is, she can't use her smarts to live. Now what is the use of being very intelligent when you aren't wise enough to live a simple healthy life. And don't tell me it's about mental illness. Mentally ill people, with less intelligence then the woman who wrote this memoir balance their life better.

I know this isn't related to the pictures but just wondering.. Is Emma an Anglican?

Anonymous said...

When describing the individual under 8:43, I mean the writer and character of the memoir, Emma F. (just to clear up)

Does she attend acting classes to prepare for AVimH. That is a very complex role, which I would think nees much preparation.

Anon @5/23/2012 08:26:00 AM - she isn't doing uni work, otherwise she'd be in Oxford, not London.

Emma's website is down in the UK...just thought i let you guys know...she posted a message on Facebook.........I wish she would let us know whaen she's going to new Orleans.

is that the same cafe as in the hp film, or do cafes in the uk tend to look like this. looks like the identical place. Same kind of counter and if i remember correctly from the film (only saw in cinema) the chairs are pretty much similiar. I could swear that is the same place, at least it seems to have the same admosphere.

Why in the world does she have a scarf on her lap. She doesn't plan on wearing scarves in this heat does she? Even on her lap it looks ridiculous considering the temperatures, although when she wears them appropriately, it's awsome.

^
She always awesome no matter what she wears ! Love her sooo much

She lives around upper street, she goes to several places there quite regularly, not just that place. She tends to go to some places often so people aren't phased by her.

"Is Emma an Anglican?" ...

I don't think Emma has really said much about religion. She said once that she has enough Bibles and people don't need to keep sending them.

My guess is, and this is just a wild guess ... is that she may be an Agnostic or something. She doesn't seem to be overly Christian to me. (I don't mean that in a negative way, there are billions of good people who are not Christian).

"is that the same cafe as in the hp film, or do cafes in the uk tend to look like this. looks like the identical place" ...

It does look a little like the Cafe Luchino from DH Part 1. It is possible, but not probable though. There are many cafes that look similar. I would like to think that if Emma lived near that Cafe where they filmed that scene that she would like to re visit it maybe for nostalgic reasons. But it could just be a different cafe with a similar counter.

Eden said...

She's not Agnostic, she was seen several times at Church and already said that if she could pick one book it would be the Bible or something like that, I don't remember well.

Wonder if we will see Emma at any Olympic events? Maybe a few candid photos here and there.

Chris said...

Even if it was the restaurant she does go to a lot, I would't want to know. I want her to have some private spots for herself. Besides, there are how many bars, restaurats, and cafe's in London that she can visit? But quick question. Can someone please explain to me what the third term at Oxford is all about? I thought it's primarily a research term and that classes aren't really manditory so long as you do the work. Is that true, cause that would explain why she's not seen much in Oxford. I mean, if you can do the work on your couch instead of a classroom, wouldn't you do it too?

looking fresh and simply elegant....she can wear rags and still be elegant

First pic isn't from Coachella, just to let you know

Eden said...

Yes it is. From the Mulberry party that was organised there.

Trinity term is independent study. Students work in contact with a professor that is guiding and supporting their research. The students work independently, with meetings at certain intervals. I know of a student that even skyped with his professor. The paper is then due at the first or second week of june.

I read once that Emma is Catholic.

Chris said...

Thank you for the info Anonymous @7:19,

^ Actually, at Oxford you do need to be on campus. I've never met anyone that hadn't been, unless they did an immense amount of work in advance (which is borderline impossible - most students study during the breaks between trimesters and still end up having a limited amount of free time during term)

Anonymous said...

The trinity semester is a research semester for independent study for research. The students do not officially have to attend seminars. It is research after which a larger paper must be turned in.(Mst. in English language and Literature program).

But is Emma doing a masters degree?? :S Is it the same for bachelors degrees at Oxford?

Anonymous said...

BA, but in UK it is a three year program. But as a JUnior you can participate in the Mst. program at Oxford with the right grade point average and credits.
I read once that the Mst. programs were fore the JYA students. But Emma herself never said what she was really doing there but English. She said that she was doing a program that wasn't offered at Brown. So the program that she is doing at Oxford (obviously brown as English Lit.) but it must have something to do the way she can use the credits for the best benefit.
Again,I#m just going by what she said that the course wasn't offered at Brown.

Emma will be in her senior year at brown end of August. After that she could finish her Mst. and move on to Phd all in two or three years. Maybe she combined this possibility after her BA from Brown. She would just have to continue at Oxford since she has her foot in the door and is enrolled in their English program. One smart young woman. I hope she writes something- a screenplay or novel.
