Emma Watson, guest editor of the March issue of Vogue Australia, on sale February 26, shares her vision and the full shoot by iconic photographer Peter Lindbergh.
After a year dominated by an alarming newsfeed, it seems we have hit a turning point in 2018. Silenced voices are becoming amplified and media outlets are shining a spotlight on the people and groups challenging for change. The pages to follow in this issue, Designing the Future, is a part of that change.
The word ‘change’ can be intimidating, riddled with expectation of outcomes and fear of failure. So I want to propose something to you: when steering a boat, a captain can shift the wheel one degree and it drastically changes the course of the boat. I would like to challenge you, after reading this issue, to make a one-degree shift, because a small change can make a huge difference.
Thank you, Vogue Australia, for allowing me this platform to share stories and movements I care about. Thank you, Peter Lindbergh, for your careful eye and such a joyous shoot. Wow, thank you for posting this , she looks absolutely fabulous, I think it's her first shoot where she looks Harry Potter free, you can see the "Emma in her 30s" to come and not Hermione Granger.... at least this is my impression.

The black and white cover is gorgeous. Really not loving the shots with the bangs though.
A one-degree shift is not at all sufficient, but it’s a start I suppose.

This is a attractive young woman away from the popcorn and pink colors. She is a woman going on 30 and that is what the photos portray, now we just need a new film

Help me if I'm wrong, but it seems like she cut the bangs during the photoshoot... Or is there a special trick they were able to do to hide it on the cover picture ?
I think the photoshoot outside and in a studio happened on different days. She might have cut it between those two days. Or in the studio. Maybe we'll know once the magazine's out.

Three of these photos are really nice but the rest look random.It's like Emma and the photographer got really lazy during the session and stopped trying.

I know anon. I do not read or listen to the whole interviews when they get to a point of repetition and that is quite often. My eyes are wanderng to MacKenzie Foy and Saoirse Ronan, two young promising acters.

One could take that as he and Emma are about to go public dating wise and that he doesnt want anything to come back and haunt him or her publicly. If he posted something non PC the media could use it against Emma indirectly if she is involved with him romantically. Dont know if this is the case as its anyone's guess but if he takes his social media private it certainly would appear as they are dating.
If Chord posted something bad it would have gotten publicly already anyway. Less famous people got in trouble by posting something problematic. People also often save screenhots so deleting on the internet does not work.
I doubt it has something to do with them even if they are a couple. Taylor Swift did the same thing before releasing new music. That is the most likely explanation.

i read an articel where she talked about having a dream come true by being to work as an editor. She said that she had always wanted to work in that capacity.She has had so many dreams of what she wants to do; she does it for awhile and then moves on. I think she is a very talented person and many things are possible but the problem is she does not refine her skills.
I bet in a years time she nor any other celeb will be talking about this. It's like the black life matters or the genderless thing it's just a fad.

Human face iot's not perfectly symmetric, that's why I don't like reversed pictures, they seem to me odd.

Saorise Ronan and Mckenzie Foy two young promising actors? Lol Saoirse Ronan is as emotive as a plank of wood and attractive as one too boot. Foy hasn't been in anything since Interstellar and was hardly that impressive in it. Watson has been in many good yet different films since Potter. Go Emma.
Love whatever she is doing, shes so much more than an actress and I'm glad that gone are the days when celebs just used to look pretty and do nothing. I'm glad shes working on something. Sorry but Saoirse is a much better actor than Emma could ever dream of being. Emma can't even be emotive. Just look at her in Beauty. No range. Just bland. No one wants to cast her anymore. Yet look at what Saoirse has achieved and she's much younger.
