Emma Watson held the first Time's Up meeting in the UK

From a Dailymail article about Gemma Arterton. Thanks to Harlow:

Gemma is now at the forefront of the Time's Up movement in the UK, explaining how she had hosted a 'previously unthinkable meeting' for 40 actresses and women in the industry at her own flat earlier this year.

She credited Emma Watson for beginning the initiative, explaining how she had held the first meeting.
She explained how she [Gemma] had hosted a meeting at her flat in London 'for some 40 actresses and women of film' earlier this year, describing how the discussion had been about how to convince everyone at the BAFTAs to wear black.
Gemma said the meetings 'started small but has grown bigger and bigger', adding that 'we still hold fortnightly meetings.'

Oh for the days when Blogger let Eden block anonymous comments. It's amazing how few trolls you get when people have to stand behind their posts and be identified with them.
