In that first one, isn't she wearing the same Homburg she wore with the pink tuxedo jacket in the "bookstore" sequence of her "Tresor Midnight Rose" commercial?
It would be easier if TMZ filmed her outside of her hotel, then we'd more or less know either the hotel and it's surroundings. That way, it would be easier to see her.
The second photo cracks me up. It's bad enough that it's Emma from behind, but before the eyes even focus on Emma, we have to look at a close up of her mouth. I like the first one, though. I love her in that hat.
The second picture just really looks weird. I'm pretty sure she's trying to pull off a "shocked" face, but it looks like she's yawning. The first one is cute, Emma doesn't wear hats enough when she looks good in them.

Is Emma having something on her lip at the first photo? I don't know the word in English for it, but we call it a ' fever lip' in Holland.
