Emma Watson will be in Davos, Switzerland, tomorrow [Jan. 23, 2015] in relation to #HeForShe

#wef15 stands for World Economic Forum 2015. According to their site:
"The World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting convenes global leaders from across business, government, international organizations, academia and civil society in Davos for strategic dialogues which map the key transformations reshaping the world."

In other words, it's super serious and important.
